Processing Time:

  • Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Delivery Times: 

  • Free Tracked Shipping: Average delivery time is 8-12 Business Days. (Monday – Friday) - Free
  • ⚡ Insured Shipping (Faster Processing + Tracking): Average delivery time is 6-10 Business days (Monday - Friday) - $3.99
  • ⚡ ⚡ Insured USPS Fast Shipping (Faster Processing + Tracking): Average delivery time is 5-8 Business days (Monday - Friday) - $5.99 and up

We will do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

CANCELING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it once processed and fulfilled (In some situations this may be minutes after an order is placed). Please contact us at Support@crawlycrab.com ASAP if you would like to cancel an order. We will do our best.

Orders placed after 5:30pm EST (Monday - Saturday) may be unable to Cancel or Change Address if already fulfilled

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.

If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address after receiving the confirmation email, please notify us at Support@crawlycrab.com ASAP with the updated details and order number.

Once we process the order we are unable to change the address and we are not to be held responsible for an incorrect or insufficient address entered by the customer.

TRACKING NUMBER

After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email containing your order number and tracking number (Check email inbox, spam, and promotions folders.

You can expect between 3-5 business days before your tracking information updates.

HOLIDAY SEASON

During the holiday months of October, November, and December, we begin experiencing high order volume.

Return & Refund Policy

30 - DAY MONEY BACK WARRANTY!

We are so confident your family will love everything that we can back it up with this guarantee! 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. Label the Subject Line “RETURN REQUEST - ORDER #XYZ”

  2. If your order has more than one item, please tell us which items you would like to return

  3. Please tell us the reason for your return

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges
Yes we accept exchanges. Please contact us at Support@crawlycraby.com for the instructions to exchange your item. Once the return is accepted and you return the item you have, we will send you an exchange of the requested item. An exchange must be of equal or less value of the item exchanged.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
