Track My Order
After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email containing your order number and tracking number (Tracking may take a few days to update).
Check spam and promotions folders for this email as well.
You can expect between 3-5 business days before your tracking information updates.
How do I make a return?
If you are unsatisfied with the product or it has arrived damaged you can request a return by emailing us at support@crawlycraby.com.
We will send you the return address and issue a full refund once the item is received by us.

How Do I Cancel My Order?
Please email us at support@crawlycraby.com. If your order has already been processed, we will try our best to cancel the shipment in time!
If it is already in transit you will then need to return it back to us once you receive it. We will then issue a full refund 🙂

What If My Order Never Arrived?
- If your order didn't arrive, first check your shipping confirmation and check that you've entered the correct address.
- If your address is incorrect, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to make things right. We are not responsible for incorrect credentials entered by the customer.
- If your package was delivered to the incorrect address, we recommend that you get into contact with the home-owners, or place a new order.
- If you entered the correct address and your package has still not arrived. Please contact us as soon as possible.
